Located around the corner from Cod Point in between Long Arm and Naha Bay with steel-piled dock access and a breakwater to protect against winter storms, Freedom Point offers an 8' x 40' floating dock secured by 2 steel piling, with room for your boat and space for a visitor's vessel. A ramp leads uphill to the main house and a 12' x 10' tool shed, perfect for gear storage just off the landing.
Behind the main house sits a 20' x 26' freestanding structure with a bedroom and large shop area, giving added workspace and privacy potential. A 7' x 13' greenhouse expands the opportunity for self-sufficient living. There is also a brand-new 3,000-gallon water tank on site that is not yet connected to the roof catchment systeman easy project that will be left to the new owner to complete.
Power is supplied by two diesel generators that feed into a battery bank system, offering the ability to operate heavy load appliances. Once major loads like laundry are completed, the home can be run efficiently on 12V battery power. The battery bank was replaced with new units on July 17, 2025.
