The Big Susitna is known for feisty silver salmon and pinks. During hunting season, moose are known to help fill freezers to hold you over until next season.
My favorite memory of visiting the cabin was sitting out at the fire pit, laughing with the ones I love, all while watching the running river, and hearing the fish jump.
Cabin is accessible by boat in the summer or snowmachine in the winter. No road access.
