A separate heated bathhouse provides a Nature's Head composting toilet, clawfoot cast iron soaking tub plus shower, and a roughed-in sauna ready for future completion. The sauna room is framed, sheet rocked and wired (Bosch on-demand hot water) and is roughed in, only needs the cedar interior to finish. The owner says "It's all wired and taken care of to be a sauna." It has a 105-gallon water tank, pump, filters, on-demand (tankless) hot water heater - and is heated by its own mini Toyo stove.
