The 3.84 acre property is surrounded by wilderness and privacy yet has direct line of sight Internet and electricity. It relies on rain catchment as its major water source with all buildings (metal roofed) catching water that leads directly into two 1500 gallons cisterns dedicated to the house and one 500 gallon cistern that is used for watering greenhouse/solarium plants. There is a 6 kilowatt diesel generator for back-up power for the few HEA outages that might occur. There are two indoor compost toilets, (one for the main house and one above the studio)
There is a working Mast and Boom on the Dock to lift heavy items from boats. There is 40' of floats for boats moored directly in front of house. A John Deere Gator 4x6 is included with the property. There is an Outhouse and several handy outdoor storage units. The house and studio are both heated with Toyo stoves and each building has its own 300 gallon fuel oil storage tank. There are two standup freezers and one chest freezer as well as an outdoor second refrigerator for lots of local catch fish and food storage. Most of the furniture in the house and guest bedrooms is included. Outdoor Heavenly Barrel sauna and hot tub gives comfort after a good day of fishing!
