Unfortuately, she doesn't live in our beautiful state of Alaska, so I only get to see her every few months. (I know, I know you are saying how can the woman be OLD enough to have one of those...hee hee)

Let's change the subject away from real estate to focus on one of our favorite restaurants.  Fred and Phenie Miller are your hosts, pictured is Phenie with son Micah  (young whippersnapper, yet has proven to be wonderful chef, of course MOM taught him whom MOM taught her whom ...well you get the jist). The lodge has so much to offer the community and travellers, lodging, camping, great food, lounge, liquor store, gift store, check out their website. Open year round.

These folks are /were my clients (very happy with my service as their Realtor in purchasing this property last year) and now are friends. Rodney and Renee Thomason are the host of this B&B in Trapper Creek. GREAT breakfast according to their clients, you won't leave hungry at this place. The rooms are beautiful and have been remodeled over the winter. Need a place to stay, put your head on their pillows, you will be happy you did.  Oh by the way, the view is AWESOME of McKinley, even on a cloudy day.

Home Inspector
Steve Amidon is a home inspector that services the Talkeetna area. He does a great job for the buyer by inspecting the home they are purchasing before they sign on the dotted line. According to clients that have hired him he has not only been thorough, competent, knowledgable but also friendly and informative. Worth every dollar is what I have been told. 

Last  winter while on his snowmachine by his house, a huge moose jumped on him and he was dragged into the woods.  Badly hurt and out of commission for months, Steve is good as new and back in the saddle climbing on ladders and giving his best to clients once again.

Holly, John and I went on a adventure out Petersville Rd to Shulin Lake Rd to find the cabin Holly had listed the last of week of August 2008. Being out in the wilderness; a gun is a smart thing to carry...just in case. We saw several sites where it appeared that an animal had bedded down. John was our protector that day. We ended up at the Forks Roadhouse for lunch. (Holly's treat for going out there with her) It was a fun day.
We three enjoy each other and have a great time working together with lots of laugher in our office. (Well most the time that is a true statement)HA

for the enjoyment of the little ones.  The yellow moose is called Moostress Mary which the office did for the Moose Parade and auction, she it at the post office standing proudly.
